My Weekly MVPs

I’ve been buying a lot of products lately and I’m starting to realize that there aren’t too many products that can keep my attention for longer than a few days. That said I thought I’d put together a weekly post to show you guys what’s been able to keep my attention!

This week my Most Valuable Products are:

It Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Brush #7

It’s 2 brushes in one guys! The best part is that it’s 2 brushes in one… did you hear me? It’s dense and doesn’t suck up your liquid foundations or concealer. I have only used it for liquids and creams but it says that it can be used for powders too, I’d believe it. It doesn’t leave your face streaky and you can build up your coverage. A little foundation goes a long way with this brush as well. What I love the most about it is that when I travel it’s one less brush to carry. I also use this to buff out my foundation into my neck and chest, it’s big enough to cover large areas in a short amount of time. I has replaced my Beauty Blender for now…

Tarte’s Tartiest Clay Paint Eyeliner

You read my review last week, this is my favorite product ever. I have had a lot of issues with my liners in the past. I have a semi hooded eye and 90% of the time if I don’t start with a primer my eyeliner is going to move around. I have been running around early with the kids so I keep this along with it’s brush in my makeup bag. Even without primer it doesn’t move around and it’s the blackest black. The brush is amazing too!

The Magic Pads

I had gotten these from a master class that I had attended. I might be dating myself with this comparison, but these are similar to the Clearasil pads from back in the day. I was a little weary to try these out since I had never heard of them. They are meant to exfoliate the skin, tone, and hydrate all in one. Within the first week of using them I noticed that the texture of my skin had dramatically improved and my pores were shrinking. They don’t make my skin feel dry and my skin doesn’t burn either. The pads contain glycolic acid and can be used 1 to 3 times a day. I use them in the morning and again at night. The best part about them is that they aren’t super expensive. They are $19.95!

Benefit’s Hoola Bronzer

I’ve had this in the past and didn’t really care for it but sometimes the 2nd time around really surprises you. I love how light the texture is and as we move away from summer you’re going to want a lighter bronzer, you can also use it to contour or you can use it as a blush.

Eyelure Vegas Nay Easy Elegance Lashes

Yes everyone, you’ve seen these on the internet, Facebook, Instagram… everywhere. I wanted to know if they were as great as everyone made them seem. Well, they are. When it comes to lashes everyone wants them to be full, with a great feeling band, and ones that aren’t too heavy. These are all of that and then some. When I took them out of the box I was thinking why do these look weird, then I looked closely and saw that the fibers are a mix of black and brown. That’s what helps them look natural and I really loved that. They are perfect for everyday use and are available at Ulta, so I can run to the store any time I need to and pick some up and the other part that I love is that they aren’t expensive, only $5.99.
